This is when I joined an organization named Wipro. I am sure most of you must has heard or even worked with this organization. However, there is something which forced my to write this review about them. Well, I joined this organization in May 2012 and left this in next six months. The reason was that I found no career growth unless you are good at licking your boss’s things. Yes that is true. This is a kind of organization where you need not to work hard and show your talent. However, the management will make you licking their things while you are getting nothing as salary.
Well, the atmosphere is safe. However, one should not joint this if looking to earn money and career growth if the one is a hard working guy. Either go for any other multinational company which allows you to work the way you want and do not asking you to bend down and let them do whatever they way.
Wipro is nothing more than a bunch of stupid people.
